The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (“OBBBA”) recently signed by President Trump made permanent several provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (“TCJA”) that were set to expire on December 31, 2025, as well as adding or modifying provisions that may impact your tax planning.
