Courtney joined Blair & Potts as an associate attorney in September 2006. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut. Courtney's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration and tax planning. She advises individuals and families on comprehensive estate plans, with particular focus on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and assists clients and their financial advisors with the administration of estates.

Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in 2003, where she majored in economics, minored in legal studies and was the captain of the women's soccer team. In 2006, she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she served as an Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and spent her summers working for an experienced trusts and estate planning attorney.

Courtney lives in Wilton, CT with her husband, Brandon, and her three daughters.
